Is Purrtacular live yet?
Not yet. We are in pre-launch, building the platform and growing the waitlist. Joining now gets you founding member status — early access, a founding sitter badge, and direct input into what we build.
Can I bring my Cat in a Flat reviews?
Yes — that is what Purr-Port is for. Submit your CiaF profile link, screenshots, or owner references and we will verify and carry your history forward. Your years of five-star reviews should not disappear because a platform changed hands.
Will there be per-cat fees?
No per-cat fees by default. Purrtacular uses household-first pricing. Sitters can optionally note that they charge differently for very large households, but no hidden per-cat surcharge gets added at checkout.
How much does it cost to join?
Free for both sitters and owners. Sitters pay a 12% commission on completed bookings only. Owners pay a £2.50 flat booking fee. No joining fee, no subscription, no upfront payment.
Where are you launching first?
UK-first. We are building local sitter coverage by region based on waitlist demand — which is why we ask owners for their area at sign-up. The areas with the most demand open first.
How are sitters verified?
Before any bookings open: identity verification, background checks, and Purr-Port history review. All human-reviewed, not automated. See our Trust & Safety page for the full commitment.
